Villa Escape 21 sits in the hills above Tirana. It is one house with one pool, and when you book, the whole place is yours — five rooms, three bathrooms, a lounge and bar, and a kitchen you can actually cook in.
Outside there are 1,000 m² to spread out in: a barbecue, and parking for ten to twelve cars. Up to eleven adults sleep here. Nights are quiet. Mornings start by the water.

- Villa Escape 21 sleeps up to eleven adults across five rooms, with three bathrooms. You always book the whole villa rather than a single room, so your group has the entire house and grounds to itself for the length of the stay.
How much does Villa Escape 21 cost per night?
- Prices start at €600 per night for the whole villa, not per person. The minimum stay is one night. Choose your dates in the booking form and the price for those exact nights appears immediately, before you commit to anything.
What deposit is required, and how is the balance paid?
- You pay a €250 deposit online to hold the dates. It is a fixed amount rather than a percentage, and it counts towards your total. The remaining balance is paid in cash on arrival, and we confirm the amount before you travel.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you need either time to flex, message us on WhatsApp at +355 69 208 9111 before you book and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible for your dates.
